The Altitude at Taringa Apartments are a complex of 135 apartments contained within three buildings over three levels.

The building was opened in January 2003 and features a mix of facade treatments and colors to provide an interesting relief.

The complex is purpose built student accommodation and as such is secured with key card access and is fully furnished. In addition the building has been wired for individual phones and data connections to the Internet at each desk.

Intercoms are in each room for contact with the manager and for the remote opening of the front door. A video display is available to monitor visitors at the main entry for each building. All visitors must be met at the door as all entries are secured by card access.
