The supplier is providing internet services to the consumer whilst
a tenant is in the premises described above. The supplier has the
right to choose the connection and ISP which in their view provides
the optimal service for the users of the system.
Services provided: Permanent Internet connection via a computer
network.
This connection is subject to reasonable use limitations to ensure
that all users receive satisfactory performance from the system.
The system is designed to accept a standard internet protocols of
other networks (ie a tenant's computer.
Set Up Charges : $40 Only where configuration required (see above).

Uploads will not be charged unless the allowance shown above is
exceeded.
Only the excess will be charged.
The user acknowledges that they are required to provide their own
10/100Mb network card and straight UTP patch lead with RJ45 connectors,
both configured to use the TCP / IP protocol.
The user acknowledges that the computer network and the internet
are not secure environments and that they are responsible for
the security of their own software and data located on the computers
which have access to the network and the Internet. The user
remains liable for all data generated by their computer regardless
of whether this data was generated by a virus or by the user.
The supplier makes no representations regarding firewalls or
any other device or software to prevent unlawful or unwanted access
to user’s computers whilst connected to this computer network
and the Internet.No web hosting or e-mail services are included
in the charges.
The supplier reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions
of this agreement.
