  • Date of Commencement of telephone service : ../../
  • The supplier is providing telephone services to the occupant whilst being a tenant within the premises.
  • The supplier has the right to choose the connection and service provider which in their view provides the optimal service for the occupants of the system.
  • Set Up Charges and monthly Line Rental: Included in rent.
  • The occupant will be supplied with a pin number which must be entered prior to making calls.
  • The use of this pin number enables the occupant to make calls from any telephone in the complex and have it accounted to the consumer.
  • The security of the pin number is the responsibility of the occupant.
  • If the consumer chooses not to use a pin number the supplier cannot be responsible for the security of the extension and calls accounted to that extension.
  • The occupants acknowledge that the use of override codes to select other call carriers or phone companies is not allowed on the system.
  • If occupants are found using override codes the calls will be accounted with a 30% excess.
  • Call costs will be paid in arrears, charges are due 7 days from invoicing.
  • Modems are banned. Data is monitored. All data calls made through the PABX are charged at $0.05 per minute.

  • All charges referred to above are GST inclusive.
  • The occupant acknowledges that the telephones in the rooms remain the property of Tioman Holdings P/L are to be looked after.
  • If the phones sustain more than fair wear and tear a repair or cleaning bill may be levied on the occupant.
  • The supplier reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this agreement.
